FastPIPE Residential is an estimating package designed exclusively for residential and light-commercial applications.  Using FastPIPE, you can cut your estimating down to less than 15 minutes for a typical residential home.

We use interactive Windows Graphics to show you your takeoffs. Need to add another lavatory to a room? Just click on the Lavatory Icon in the list and we will copy in all the material and labor for you... It's that easy! And we've even organized the job into mains, rooms, and fixtures (the way you think of a job now).

• Large Master Catalog FastPIPE has the largest, most complete catalog with over 150,000 items. We've included data for every major manufacturer piping, fittings, valves, flanges, and hangers (and we continually add new data based on our customer's needs). We even have fixtures and piping products from manufactures such as American Standard, Kohler, Vanguard, Wirsbo, IPEX/Kitec and many others. Our catalog provides up-to-date pricing and industry-standard MCAA and PHCC labor estimates for each of the items in our catalog, allowing you to build estimates fast and accurately.

• Fixture Assemblies. With FastPIPE, you just point-and-click and we do the rest. We have standard assemblies for all common fixtures including Toilets, Lavatories, Showers, Bathtubs, Whirlpools, Bidets, Sinks, Dish Washers, Ice Makers, Oven Ranges, Washer & Dryers, Water Heaters, Furnaces, Sump Pumps, Ejectors, Water Manifolds, Hose Bibbs, Floor Drains & Sinks, Cleanouts, Fire Places, Urinals and Mop Sinks. We've done these takeoffs for each system (Copper, Plastic, PVC, etc.) so all you have to do is insert the assembly (the rest is done).

• Room Templates. Save yourself time by using our growing library of pre-calculated rooms. Our staff has already performed the takeoffs for you. Need a standard main bathroom with a toilet, tub, shower, and lavatory? Just copy them into your job, swap out the fixtures, and you are done! And you can even build your own library of rooms to make it go even faster.

• Job Templates  Need to speed up takeoff even faster? FastPIPE allows you to use existing jobs as templates for new jobs. For instance, if you've done work at a local school, just re-use that job for future projects... all of your previous setup and configuration will be ready-to-go.

• Point & Click Takeoffs Takeoffs are fast with FastPIPE. To takeoff an item, you simply select the size and appropriate Pipe, Valve, Fitting, Flange, Hanger, or Specialty item. After entering the quantity, the item is automatically added to the takeoff list in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. And your hand never has to leave the mouse!

• Optional Digitizer Interface The FastPIPE system was designed to work with a large number of commercial digitizers available from vendors such as GTCO Calcomp, and many others. Chances are, if you already have a digitizer, it will work with our system!

• Output to Excel® FastPIPE allows you to download labor and material takeoff to a Microsoft Excel. spreadsheet for your final bid summary. Our standard spreadsheet includes equipment, fixtures, labor rates, rentals, taxes, and many other job related costs. You can even customize this spreadsheet to meet your business needs!
