FastEST, Inc. Announces On-Screen Digitizer

(Wichita, KS, 10/15/2007) -FastEST, Inc. announces the On-Screen Digitizer feature for their FastPIPE and FastDUCT estimating systems. On-Screen Digitizer allows users to peform takeoffs directly from digital plans on their computer screen, reducing the time and costs of printing and manually marking paper copies.

FastEST Inc.'s new On-Screen Digitizer feature is fully integrated with FastPIPE and FastDUCT and supports a wide variety of CAD drawing formats including Windows Bitmap, Dodge Plans, JPEG, TIF, GIF, AutoCAD® DXF, PNG Images, and many others. Additionally, the On-Screen Digitizer user interface has been optimized to provide real-time panning, zooming, and marking of very large CAD drawings while minimizing the impact on the computers performance.
